I have been playing with a new expnasion board for the Busa PNP , i have one up and working with the new board this expansion board will be inside the same case as the ecu ,the two boards communicate through CAN , so far its working great.
Now the great news, with this new board this will expande the input/output and logging capibilities tremednisly ,we can now have up to 16 genreal purpose outputs,8 spare ADC chanels , 4 speed sensor inputs and 3 spare digital inputs.
I am going to be installing an additional plug in module on this board that will also let us read and log EGT's for each cylinder , and the best part is its ALL still inside one case.
Once i have some finished pics i will post them and i will move more info to the front page, should be next week sometime.

First off Happy new year to everyone!!!
A new customer has stepped up to try out a couple PNP's on their race bike's this year , the guys from Quicktime Motorsport's
(http://www.quicktimebikes.com/index.php) are going to try them out and see what they can do.
They have run 7.50's with the stock ecu and a AEM FIC, im confident they can beat that.
The first bike made some AWESOME numbers within a few pulls of putting the box on .
They are getting dattaloging boxes as well, and a experemental expander for additional sensor logging input's for one of the bike's.
Some other news , one of our members here , derbybrit1 has his Aprilla up and running now , we had some problems at first finding the correct timing settings for the setup ,but he was able to figure it out ,and now has it up, and going he is using all the stock sensors execpt the map sensor, and coils, everything else is factory stock issue , he is running full sequential cop but batch injection.
He is finishing it up for the texas mile so one more out and going .

A little update on the PnP , Brad Tyson had a chance to go to the track yesterday and do some intiial testing and so far it ran great, he ran some low 8 second runs ,and everything seems to be working like it should, he is still taking it easy on it figureing out the boost control and the shifter stuff.,but its all working like it should so far.
He is having connection issues with the wireless but we think we might have a solution, and he is working on that now.
Hopefully in the next few weeks Brad can get some more testing in and hopefully hit the 7's.

Been a few weeks since I updated this page, we took the 1000 for its first ride this weekend and all was well, it runs VERY good ,we still need to test the air shifter , and the boost control stuff, but so far everything is working fantastic.
If the rest of the testing goes well, the GSXR 1000 PnP should be ready for sale by the end of the month.

Cases came in today, and i machined the first case for the test bike, so we willbe installing it and wiring up the extra features (air shifter, warning light ,ect ) and start doing testing real soon.
Updates will be slow at first, we are tearing the bike down for paint ,and some cosmetic upgrades after the initial road test , if the road test goes fine, we will be tearing it down for a few weeks .

First run of GSXR 1000 PnP boards have come in and the first board is working fine so far , dash functions , and standard fan control is woring fine.
Waiting on cases to come in to machine and then its time to install on the test bike (05 GSXR 1000 with a turbo) , so far we are super happy with the first run of boards if everything goes well they should be for sale VERY soon.
Connectors are slowly coming in, i will try to keep them in stock but they are pretty hard to find so far but shouldnt be a major hold up, the injector drivers that i use are scarce right now looks like the end of May before the big shipment comes in, so if all the testing goes good hopefully the boards will be for sale whenb they come in.
I will keep this paged updated with any news so stay tuned!!!

So far all the testing is going VERY good , so so far we have tested both batch, and sequential fuling with great success, also tested coil on plug ,and wasted spark with the same success.
Dash firmware is working fine also.
I have most of the component's stocked up to build plenty of boards ( minus the micro suquirt modules) so they can be built fairly quick with out any waiting .
If all the testing goes well this spring they should be avaliable at the same time or erlier than the GSXR PnP.
I will keep this page updated so stay tunned !!!
